This is very important, because of the 339 students, almost half – 157 are taught the faculty of Piano. Undoubtedly, we have strong teachers, this masterclass significantly enriched the learning process, not only allowing the students to learn a great deal , but also the teacher.
I would also like to note that in November last year on the initiative of Professor Nargiz Pashayeva, we were able to visit the Purcell School - the first, the most famous and prestigious UK specialist music school, with an enrollment of gifted children from around the world. For two students of our school - Presidential Scholar, tar player Atabek Ismayilova and laureate of international contests, pianist Rashid Behbudov – The Purcell prepared a week long program in which they attended lessons in school and got acquainted with the British system of music education. This is very useful for the development of our young musicians, and the activities of The Anglo-Azerbaijani Society deserves the highest praise ".
